Imran Zamir Sheikh

Mr. Imran Zamir Sheikh is a Chartered Accountant by profession with a career spanning over around 30 years during which he has worked in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, Egypt and Canada.

Apart from founding IZFB, Mr. Zamir is also a founding partner of an EPC company with operations in Pakistan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, a partner in one of the large accounting and auditing firms out of Pakistan and holding a Director position in a transaction advisory company out of USA.

He is expert individual whose strengths include serving at senior management level positions including at Board of Directors level. He has adequate experience of raising and negotiating funded and non-funded financial facilities for various companies in Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates; managed construction, manufacturing, and other technical projects from origin to successful completion.

Muhammad Wasif

Mohammad Wasif is MBA finance & done its Articles from EY Pakistan, an Investment Banker and dealt to Re-structuring the transactions / non-performing loans and portfolios, both in conventional and Islamic modes, Underwrite the green field projects in collaboration with export credit agencies, EPC contractors and project managers. Syndicate loans amongst local and international financial institutions and established strong network with hedge funds, asset managers and project underwriters. Provide effective credit enhancement which mitigates the risk of the transactions, by securing derivative market tools i.e. financial bond, zero coupon notes, yearly residual risk coverage via insurer and put options.

Analyse the transaction / balance sheet and identify the solutions, right size the business model (balancing the process, cost analysis based on current market prevailing conditions and or refinance the expensive debts), Arranged debt and equity

2. Adana Airport Turkey – PPP infrastructure project worth EURO 460M
3. FATCO - Advise and arrange USD 54M for an oil terminal project
4. Telecom sector - Raised USD 10M by securing receivable through trade credit insurance
5. FMCG vendor of Carrefour - Advise and arrange factoring, reverse factoring, and back-to-back solutions
6. Raise senior debt $534m for large private group in Indonesia and Turkey
